Denami Designs & Lawn Fawn Blog Hop

 

Today is Day 2 of the Denami Designs and Lawn Fawn blog hop - honestly, I don't know if there could possibly be two companies more suited for a blog hop like this!

I had so much fun combining the images from my Denami and Lawn Fawn stashes!!

If you've hopped over from Julie Campbell's blog, then you're in the right place! I'm a big fan of Julie's and loved meeting her at CHA! Such a sweet, talented gal!

So without any further blabbing, I mean... adieu....here are my Denami meets Lawn Fawn creations!

First up is a simple card that was a lot of fun to make!

 

To make this card, I started with the Denami Designs Brushed Present stamp (see below) and separated the top and bottom portions of the box. 

HINT: to give the separated pieces a finished look, I used a black marker to add a line to the top of the box bottom (if that makes any sense). That way, the two pieces appear to be separately stamped images!

Then I "filled" the gift box with some cutesy flowers from Lawn Fawn's Cruising Through Life set and then added the tag and sentiment from the Bows and Holly set. It's really like these stamps were MADE for each other!

My next card is definitely one of my faves!

I ransacked my Lawn Fawn and Denami stamps for every single sentiment I could find! Then I chose a bunch that went well together and stamped them onto this simple one-layer card! I love how well the sentiments and fonts go-together!

For my last card, I wanted to create something with a slight rustic feel to it. I paired the Lawn Fawn Blissful Botanicals set with Denami Design's Elegant Spring Floral and stamped them in a circle.


I finished off the center with Denami's Medium Double Border Circle and a sentiment from Lawn Fawn.
