Is there a such thing as a delivery that ISN’T special?! I am always so excited to see the mail truck pull up on a day when I’m expecting a fun package!
For today’s project I thought it would be fun to play with the “Special Delivery” sentiment in this month’s House Notes set. With just a smidgen of creativity, you can use this one, simple sentiment for a variety of occasions!
I decided to pull out the Tweet Notes set from June to show off a slightly different way to use this month’s set. So let’s take a look at how we can use one layout and one sentiment two different waya

Directions:
- Make card base from Kraft Like a Rockstar Cream cardstock and cut panel from A Blanc Check cardstock.
- Stamp branch and nest image in Dish All the Dirt Brown ink, and stamp sentiment in Perfect Little Black Dress ink.
- Color branch leaves.
- Stamp bird and egg in Perfect Little Black Dress ink, color and cut out.
- Adhere bird and egg to white panel.
- Layer panel on Green with Envy cardstock.
- Stamp branch/leaves on panel of Kraft Like a Rockstar cardstock, and adhere to card base with dimensionals.
- Adhere image panel to kraft panel with dimensionals.
Both cards are wonderful!! tfs!!
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful cards. Great use of the same sentiment in totally different ways. Your mailbox card reminds me of my lonely mailbox when I am expecting a PTI delivery (which is often!!)

These are just wonderful. Love the clean and simple look but with the added details like the grass & how you stamped outside of the box on the bird card. Gorgeous!
