Denami Designs August Blog Hop - Mini Cards

In the mood for a blog hop? Well, you are in the right place...and this blog hop is going to be a fun one!

If you've stopped in via Dana's blog, then you are right on track!

Just about everything I can think of is cuter when it's miniature sized...and cards are no exception.

Back in June, when I was the Denami Guest Designer,  I created these mini cards using the cute chickie stamps!

For today's mini card project, I wanted to use Denami stamps to create something with a bit more elegance.

I came up with a simple set of thank you cards that I've dubbed "Half & Half minis"....let me show you what I mean!

I created two 2.5x3" cards, set them side by side, then stamped the Denami Decorative Crest image right in the center (with a little help from my Stamp-a-ma-jig!)

I wanted to package these cards in a way that would show off the fun way that they fit together. I went digging into my stash and found the perfect little tin, that I picked up at specialtybottle.com

Commercial Break: I do not work for specialtybottle.com, I don't get anything for free from specialtybottle.com and I'm not entirely sure where I found out about specialtybottle.com....but I am here to tell you that I LOVE specialtybottle.com! They have tons of great packaging items and you can buy as many...or as few as you want! AND...many of their items are less than a dollar!!!! With that said, they should probably go ahead and hire me as their marketing agent! Ok...now back to our regularly scheduled crafting.

Add some grosgrain ribbon and a simple sentiment tag, and these mini cards are a perfect gift for a stationery-loving friend!

Now for your next stop on the Blog Hop train...and don't forget to leave comments along the way for your chance to win a Denami gift certificate!!!

Thanks for stopping  by for some Damask Love!
