Clear & Simple Stamps -August Style Watch #2

 

You’ve seen it before…those little Valentine’s Day mailboxes stuffed with candies and sweet notes. Why not use a similar idea year round?

As soon as I saw this month’s featured set, House Notes + House Notes II, I knew I needed to break out my mailbox template and use it for a fun project that can be used for a special birthday delivery. To make this extra special, I’ve designed a cupcake insert that fits perfectly into the mailbox. I’m so excited to share this design with you… and you can download it for free to use in your own birthday project….

 

To finish off this project, just dress up the mailbox with a stamped image from House Notes, along with a coordinating gift tag for the occasion. This project is sure to be a super sweet special delivery….

**Note: The larger center circle will fit a standard size cupcake. The two smaller circles will fit two mini cupcakes.**

 

 Directions:

• Create Mailbox and insert from template on Dare to be a Diva Red cardstock.
• Decorate with designer paper, and Say Yellow to All Your Fans ribbon.
• Stamp circle with mailbox image, and color with markers.
• Stamp sentiment from A Guy Thing and House Notes, and adhere circle to large pink circle, again to larger scalloped blue circle, and adhere to ribbon.
• Repeat circle image embellishment for tag.
• Create die cut tag from A Coral Necklace cardstock, punch hole at top, thread with Say Yellow to All Your Fans ribbon, and tie off with twine.
• Insert gift card inside tag card.
