CAS-ual Friday #29 - Sketch Challenge

Ok.

So....

Before I start.

Confession Time.

Anytime I look at a sketch, I immediately start rotating it in my head. Seldom do I interpret it exactly as drawn. I supposed you could call me a rebellious paper crafter. Hope the card making cops don't come after me!

With that said, I hope you won't mind my interpretation of the current CAS-ual Fridays sketch!

I was immediately drawn to the simplicity of this sketch...CAS at it's best if you ask me!

Now for my take on it! I rotated the sketch 90 degrees to the left and ended up with this:

As much as I love bright colors - I am loving the muted color scheme of this card!

To create the pattern, I pumped out a bunch of the PTI Sending You die cut and adhered them first directly to the card, then another set with dimensional adhesive.

I went with a vertically oriented sentiment for something different.

Something tells me that I'll be back throughout the week with a couple more cards based on this sketch! I absolutely love it!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Supplies:
Stamps: PTI (Inside & Out: Thank You)
Ink: Impress Ink (Provencial Grey)
Cardstock: PTI (Soft Stone, Berry Sorbet, white)
Other: PTI (Sending You Die)
