CHA Pics

Just a few more hours to vote & I would just LOVE to stick around to share more creative Gallery Idol projects!

Click HERE to vote for your fave!!

So now for the whole purpose of today's post!

I am having a great time at CHA! All the inspiration and all the crafty people...it's heaven!

I've been able to talk to some of my favies - and I've walked the showroom floor over and over and over again, each time seeing something that I didn't see before!

Now, I'm hoping to bring a little CHA love to you!

Ready for a little photo tour of CHA? Here we go!!!

Got my badge, just waiting to get in! I even wore my lucky necklace...it weighs about a million pounds...but I still love it!

Stopped by the Bo Bunny booth to find some uber cute ribbon and favor packaging! I've got wedding planning on the brain, so I'm already envisioning how to use those little favor packages!

This ribbon is perhaps the most awesome ribbon ever!! The dots are on BOTH sides, so there's no need to fidget with your bow and make sure the pattern is showing!

And how cute is this layout!? I am loving those ribbon starbursts on the bottom left! This makes me want to try my hand at scrapbooking!

How about this cutie patoottie British Tea Time setting?!

I just LOVE those chalkboard tags on the utensils!!!! As soon ad Kate Middleton and I meet and become besties, I definitely plan hosting a tea party just like this.

I also took a jaunt over the the Crate Paper booth...and just let me tell you how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE Crate Paper!!! I snapped a few pics of two of their newest lines!

Even though I'm a city girl, I love anything farmhouse related...go figure!
Love those little apples and the ledger paper print!

LOVE this print from the Random Collection! I think I want a dress like that!

The folks at Doodlebug did not disappoint with this ultra cute soda shoppe-esque set up! LOVE that long counter!

I am in LOVE with the Doodle Bug precut cards - they come in a ton of colors and shapes. Check out this cutie cupcake card...

Of course, I spent some time at Hambly Screen Prints - LOVE their stuff and the staff was SO kind and friendly! I could probably move into the Hambly Screen Prints booth and that'd be just fine with me!

How COOL is the lamp? Just an Ikea pendant lamp covered with Hambly overlays. Totally doing this!

Love the use of washi tape on this Hambly layout! And how CUTE is this mustache layout?! Reminds me of Super Mario Bros!!

As I walked up and down the floor, passed these adorable chipboard shapes by Maya Road! I'm sure you've seen these before, but given recent events, these guys really stood out to me!

Pretty sure I'll be making us a wedding scrapbook...and something like this will be in there!!

I also ran across these AMAZING laser cut papers...the name of the company escapes me, but I'll be sure to update with that information! The shapes are just too cute for words! I especially love the little dresses!

Here's a fabby little layout I saw...love it...no idea where I saw it though. Thought you might enjoy the inspiration, though!!

Last up, is perhaps my FAVORITE from the show! I am OFFICIALLY OBSESSED with Lifestyle Crafts and their letterpress products!!
As I walked through their booth, I was all aflutter with wedding ideas, card ideas, gift ideas...the inspiration didn't stop!!! And since I'll be handmaking all of the wedding paper products, I had to leave with a few supplies of my own!

Cute is right! I love how they used their belly band dies on this layout!

I DIE for those overlapping squares! It came home with me!!

Love the color combination for this table number....hmmm...may need this for the wedding!
And how beautiful is this?!! Love the debossed initial under the letter pressed sentiment! I can totally imagine making these!
Aand, it might be worth mentioning that the Lifestyle Crafts die cuts are FAB!  See that scalloped rectangle on the thank you card? Well, you may not notice, but edges are slightly embossed.  Their dies do this with just ONE run through your Cuttlebug! Love that feature!

As we headed for the door, I saw this fashionable bunch of amazingness!

Too bad I already have a dress for The Day!

And last but now least...perhaps the HIGHLIGHT of my entire CHA experience!

\As I hung out at the Paper Crafts booth, I caught a glimpse of my very first COVER, where I have not one, but TWO projects featured! How the heck did THAT happen?!

...and in case you're interested, the card and jar projects are mine!! Can.not.wait.for.this.issue!!!
That's all for today! Thanks for stopping by for some Damask Love and CHA fun!!

I have some of the LifeStyle dies - and use them with my Big Shot. WAY better value than spellbinders, and they cut just as nice!!

Thanks for posting your photos so I can live vicariously through you!!! I wish I was this involved in this craft when I got married 5 years ago... I would have done such a better job with our paper goods!! Lucky that you're already there... :)

  8. Love your hat! Love dots on both sides of the ribbon. Love the chalkboard tags (over the moon!). Also love the ledger paper from Crate Paper and the floral is fabulous. I'm pretty sure I have had a dress in a print very similar to that (I am a child of the 80s, you know). The Ikea lamp with the overlays? Brilliant! The overlapping squares? totally mod!!! The dress? Shut. The. Front. Door! Stunning!!!! Your face with your double-cover issue? PRICELESS! Can't wait for that issue to come out. It is one of my favorites every year.
