Simple Baby Cards

This morning was super productive.

I joined Andrew at the gym for a workout and then went home for some early morning crafting.

I had about 30 minutes to be creative - which meant I needed to also be very efficient.

Efficiency is not my thing.

  • I don't organize my email. I usually just search around for what I'm looking for - getting sidetracked by old messages from friends or funny videos that were forwarded to me.
  •
  • I usually forget an important ingredient in every recipe I make. Last time this happened was when I forgot the chocolate sauce for Super Bowl Sundaes (cute name, right?!) Well, Andrew had to go to Publix for the chocolate sauce and missed Christina Aguilera's rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. I still forgot the whipped cream. It was a sad day for those sundaes.
  •
  • I have a bad habit of doing laundry in small loads - really small loads - like one item. Why? Because I really, really, really want to wear that pink dress tomorrow!

Needless to say, efficiency in crafting is not my forte...but I'm getting better.

This morning I wanted to complete a project and managed to complete TWO!

I used the Paper Crafts Magazine Simple Sentiment Challenge images as inspiration for these super simple baby cards.  With it being baby season and all - I'm sure these cards will be put to good use.

I think the pink one is my favorite - gotta love argyle for a girl!

I finished these two cards in no time - and even made a little oatmeal before heading out the door!

Thanks for stopping by for some Damask Love!

Come back tomorrow for some very EXCITING news!
