Denami Designs December Gift Wrap Blog Hop

Are you in the mood for a blog hop? Well - you came to the right place!

Today Denami Designs is hosting their monthly blog hop and this month's theme is : Gift Wrapping!

If you've come to my blog from Chunyuan's blog, then you are right on track. If you'd like to start at the very beginning of today's hop, then head over to the Denami Designs Blog where you'll find the complete list of participating designers.

For my gift wrapping project - I reached for washi!

Ever since I learned how to make my own washi tape with tissue paper and Scor-tape, I always keep some blank, premade washi tape on hand!  That way I just need to choose my stamps and I've got customized washi in seconds!

For my Denami inspired washi tape, I used the Teeny Holly Berries stamp and the holly leaves from the Classic Christmas Stamp set.

Once it was stamped, I used the washi to wrap a couple of kraft pillow boxes, which I finished off with some twine and a tag.

Washi is a great solution for wrapping small treat packets, since it's decorative AND functional because it also keeps the treat box sealed!

Ready for your next stop on the blog hop trail?

Well, before you head off, remember to leave comments along the way for the best chance to win one of TWO $25 gift certificates to the Denami shop (which, coincidentally is PLENTY to order the stamps that I used in today's post!)
Next up is:

Shirley's blog, All Things BB
Enjoy the continued Denami inspiration!

Supplies:
Ink: Impress Ink (Red Currant, Mojito)
Cardstock: Michaels (kraft cardstock)
