Moxie Fab World- Trigger Tuesday Nice & Neutral

Just wanted to pop in and share a card I made for the Moxie Fab Trigger Tuesday Challenge: Nice & Neutral.

I love the rustic-ness (yep...just made that up) of the inspiration photo!

For my card, I decided to use a few elements from the photo and add a little Damask Love flair with a strip of acetate overly from Hambly Screen Prints....I really can't even begin to tell you how much I love me some Hambly!

I pieced together the card by sewing the overlay into the middle of the card front. I love the chicken coop print and it seems to fit the rustic vibe of the inspiration photo. The sentiment is from the Wild Card cartridge of my Cricut.

To make sure that I could add a sentiment and handwritten note to the inside of the card without it being visible through the acetate, I created a sort of "card-within-a-card." It's a great way to have a transparent card front but still maintain the functionality of the project.
