CAS-ual Fridays - Stuck On You






This week's Cas-ual Friday challenge is all about stickers...

I own an entire drawer-ful of stickers...none of which have ever met paper...none of which have ever been used for any other purpose than hanging out with each other in the sticker drawer.

I'm sure they've been getting along like gang-busters in there, but thanks to CAS-ual Friday, it was time for me to break up the party!

I sifted through the candidates and came up with these Martha Stewart stickers that I just love!



They are called "Dogwood" on the package, but to me they totally look like cherry blossoms...and who doesn't LOVE cherry blossoms?!

I made this card with PTI Clear Cardstock - such a fun and different medium for cardmaking! I snipped the stickers to create a longer branch of flowers and anchored them in a flower pot that I cut from cardstock.





I finished off the inside of the card with a layer of white cardstock and the perfect sentiment "Bloom, Blossom, Become."

I have a feeling that I'll have more sticker creations for you tomorrow...I'm really inspired by this week's challenge!

Ink: Ranger Archival Ink Jet Black 
Cardstock: PTI (Simple Chartreuse, white, Rustic White, Clearly Creative Cardstock)

    Totally fabulous--the clear cardstock really makes this design! Love your hand-cut vase, too. Hmmm, maybe I should have a peek in my neglected basket of stickers...
