4th of July Sparkler Tags

Hey there!

Only a few more days for me to maximize my use of red, white and blue!

Today I've got a fun project that I made this weekend, while I was brainstorming ways to make this 4th a fun one!

I was digging through my magic cabinet of supplies and came upon a bunch of sparklers...God only knows when or where I got them, but it was a pretty timely discovery!

I've seen lots of fun ways to package sparklers, so I decided to use my stamps and dies to come up with a tag of my own.

Here's a quick step by step in case you wanna make a few of your own for the 4th!

Each tag includes 4 pieces. I die cut the red star using the small and medium sized dies from PTI Seeing Stars Collection.

Using a craft knife, I cut slits above and below the sky blue banner

Slide the sparklers through the slits, then adhere the sentiment circle on top with foam tape.

This project was super fun to do and makes for a great party favor at your 4th of July cookout. I'm envisioning a bunch of them propped up in a bowl of sand for a fun look. (for the purposes of this photo shoot, I didn't have sand...I had to use rice...brown rice at that. Yuck. I eat it because it's good for me...but let's be honest, it isn't always the most delicious choice.)

Hope you enjoyed this little project! Thanks for stopping by for some Damask Love!
