Every morning I check Facebook - just like every one person on the planet. This morning I was excited to find my card being featured over at the Paper Crafts Magazine blog! It's a quick and easy holiday card that I made using Modern Basics by Maile Belles - one of my favorite sets by one of my favorite designers!
In the spirit of quick and easy holiday cards, I thought I'd pop in and share another card I made a few days ago. I wasn't sure when I was going to post it, but today is as good a day as any!
Once in a blue moon, I have an idea that I think is pretty awesome - I think the die cut angel on today's card is one of those ideas! I hope you likey!
If you know me - you know that my aesthetic is usually modern and clean. I came up with this angel with that aesthetic in mind. I combined a few different dies to create it!
I combined die cuts from these three products:
PTI Limitless Layers 1 3/4 "C" Die - which I cut in half
Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Circles - Large - I used the 7/8" circle.
The sentiment is from Bells & Boughs and really reflects that modern feel of the card. I embossed it with gold embossing powder to coordinate with the wings.
So - if you are like me and super behind on Christmas cards - this design is a simple one that you can crank out in just a few minutes!
Thanks for stopping by!
